RICHARD MOFE-DAMIJO
RICHARD MOFE-DAMIJO is a distinguished media executive, cultural leader, and lawyer, with a career spanning broadcasting, film, public service, and creative industry governance. A highly respected figure in African film and television, he has also served in senior public leadership, including as Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Delta State, where he advanced cultural policy and Nigeria’s creative economy. As Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MMÉLÌ Arts Foundation, he brings strategic leadership, cultural authority, and institutional credibility to the Foundation’s mission to strengthen Africa’s creative ecosystem and position culture as a driver of social and economic transformation.

Ogolo
RICHMOND OGOLO is a lawyer, artist, and anthropologist whose work sits at the intersection of law, culture, and the visual arts. He was called to the Nigerian bar in 1986 and has since built a distinguished career spanning legal practice, art history, and cultural stewardship. Following his postgraduate studies in Art and Design History in the United Kingdom, Ogolo established himself as a respected art collector, historian, and critic of global contemporary art. He is a Fellow of the U.S. International Visitor Leadership Program, founding Vice President of the Art Galleries Association of Nigeria, and currently leads The Arts and Antiques Barn Ltd in Ikoyi, Lagos, shaping Africa’s art market and institutional discourse

MINA JOHNSON-HART (PhD) is a seasoned legal and governance strategist with over three decades of experience across corporate, legal, and advisory sectors. She has held senior legal roles, including within the Legal function at NLNG, and currently serves as Managing Director of Tuluma Consult Nigeria Ltd, where she leads governance, risk, and compliance advisory. Her depth in regulatory strategy, institutional integrity, and operational excellence strengthens MMÉLÌ Arts Foundation’s governance framework and long-term sustainability Mina is an alumni of Walden University Minnesota.

NINA ANYIANUKA is an award-winning journalist, author, and cultural entrepreneur with experience spanning investigative media, publishing, and creative sector development. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MMÉLÌ Arts Foundation, where she provides strategic leadership across programme design, partnerships, and institutional growth. Her work focuses on building sustainable creative ecosystems, strengthening cultural infrastructure, and positioning African creative enterprise within global markets.
